Issue triage
Triage of service issues, as per the agreed triage model and service SLAs, fully managed by the Voror Health Technologies Service Manager.
Investigation and issue resolution
Investigation and resolution of triaged issues, working closely with third party suppliers (if applicable) and national infrastructure teams to resolve live issues in line with the service SLAs through the Voror Health Technologies Service Manager.
Monitoring dashboards
Tools, dashboards, and automated notifications to monitor the Voror supported cloud environment including interface dashboards, feed alerts, pipeline progress, and database alerts.
Service desk
Support portal access to raise incidents and support requests, and to manage requests through to resolution.
Service management
The Voror Health Technologies Service Manager is a contact, in case of escalation, for service-related issues, scheduled and managed major releases, to assign the appropriate resource(s), and to identify and provide opportunities for continual service improvement.
Incident and problem management
Management of all infrastructure or performance related problems relating to the cloud environment.
Change and release management
Managed end to end change and release management with full documentation and pre-scheduled release windows ensuring minimum disruption to the service.
Process issues
Documentation of manual and automated processes, with full auditing and monitoring of all system processing to identify missed or failed processing to ensure key updates are performed.
Third party issues
Faults with a third party are managed by the Voror Health Technologies Service Manager.
Cloud environment hardware
Management of hardware access, scalability, updates, migration of working hardware, hardware upgrades, and third-party hardware access and issues required for the cloud environment.
